It’s challenging to see recovery when dealing with mental experiences, but let me tell you this:
Recovery is very much so possible, and it is seen in everyday life. Like I mentioned in earlier posts, waking up is recovery. Going to work or school is recovery. Changing little things in your life, that is recovery. Not every day is going to be a good day, and you may find others harder, but knowing that it is just a bad day, and changing the views you have on it, it’s recovery. Stay true to yourself and never forget who you are. You are irreplaceable, one of a kind.
In this post, you will visit two people, Matti and Elyn. Both parties have schizophrenia, and are both in recovery. Let’s view their stories as success stories.
